RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Style With Sid, we take pride in offering carefully curated, limited-design collections. Many of our styles are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and size information carefully before placing an order.

1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. SIZE EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing may occasionally require adjustment.

Size exchanges are offered subject to stock availability.

Please note:

• Most Style With Sid designs are produced in limited quantities.
• Replacement sizes may not always be available.
• If the requested size is unavailable, Store Credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.
• Exchange requests can be processed only once per order.


3. LIMITED DESIGN POLICY

Many Style With Sid designs are exclusive and produced in limited quantities.

Once a design or size is sold out, it may not be restocked or reproduced.

As a result:

• Identical replacements cannot always be guaranteed.
• Requested exchange sizes may not always be available.
• Store Credit may be offered when a replacement size cannot be provided.


4. STORE CREDIT POLICY

Style With Sid does not offer monetary refunds.

Approved returns will be eligible for:

• Size Exchange (subject to stock availability), or
• Store Credit

Store Credit:

• Will be issued after the returned product successfully passes quality inspection.
• Will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Can be used across all products available on the website.
• Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, contact us with:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory)

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or Store Credit at no additional cost.

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


6. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

• Requested replacement size (if applicable)
• Supporting photographs if required


7. RETURN SHIPPING

Where reverse pickup service is available, we may arrange collection of the product.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location:

• Customers may be required to self-ship the product to our designated return address.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


8. QUALITY INSPECTION

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, missing tags, or tampering may be rejected.

Style With Sid reserves the right to refuse exchanges or Store Credit if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria.


9. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for exchange, return, or Store Credit:

• Sale or clearance items
• Discounted products purchased during promotional sales
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
• Gift cards or Store Credit purchases
• Products damaged after delivery
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)


10. SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.


11. PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Minor colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.

Natural variations in fabric texture, embroidery, prints, handcrafted detailing, or artisanal finishing are characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.


12. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.


13. FINAL DECISION

Style With Sid reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange, return, or Store Credit request after reviewing the product and circumstances of the request.

All decisions made by Style With Sid regarding exchanges, Store Credit, and product condition shall be final.
