Shipping policy

At Style With Sid, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship across India. Orders to certain remote or unserviceable pin codes may not be accepted. You will be notified at checkout if your pin code is not serviceable.

2. Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹10,000. For orders below ₹10,000, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pin codes. Please note that additional COD handling charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Address Changes If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@stylewithsid.com or WhatsApp +91-9158445599. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee it once the order has been dispatched.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer Style With Sid is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
